Very Very Friendly and helpful staff. Very good english spoken by Herr Stumberger. Excellent food in the restaurant both for breakfast and other meals. Allowed us use of room on day of departure as we were on a late flight. |

The location along the Mosel river was excellent. We had a great view of the Cochem Castle. The owner was so friendly. |

Lovely situation and great view The bed was uncomfortable, too low and had wooden edges that caught your legs when moving about or getting in and out. This is my only complaint of an otherwise excellent room |

The Hotel was nothing short of excellent, the staff were always helpful and courteous, the hotel itself immaculate in terms of cleanliness and presentation and the views of the castle and river from the room balcony fantastic. The food served as part of the package (i.e. breakfast) and through the Restaurant (at additional cost) was outstanding, both in terms of value for money and quality. While the rooms lacked facilities for the making of beverages, it should not be seen as a negative, the hotel was superb and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Cochem. |

The owners and personell are all very friendly, affable and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and really clean, the front ones also with beautiful view of the river Mosel and the castle. We enjoyed a lavish breakfast and very tasty dinner. The provision of free parking space on the hotel grounds is also very helpful. In general, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We would stay there again with pleasure! |
