Wonderful breakfast; excellent cleainign of room each day; free parking in protected lot. We decied to leave a few days early and the owners were more than fair in allowing us to do so without paying for the previously reserved nights. We'd expected to be charged for them, of course, so it was an extremely pleasant surprise. Room smelled extremely smokey, which was quite unpleasant to non-smokers. Also, the room was soo poorly lit at night that it was virtually impossible to read or write without considerable eye strain. |

Het hotel zit erg dicht bij het centrum van Cochem. Bij aankomst werd direct verteld dat er een groot dorpsfeest die avond in het centrum was. Als wijnbouwer waren zij een van de leveranciers van de wijn voor dit feest. Ook werd er zondagavond speciaal nog een wijnproeverij georganiseerd voor ons omdat wij de geplande proeverij die middag hadden gemist. Niet op de hoogte gesteld van wijnproeverij. Weinig warm water tijdens douchen |

Dicht bij het centrum, keurig (nieuw ingericht?) appartement. Bij een Weingut heb ik een landelijk idee, maar het was midden in de stad. Toch ook wel weer handig eigenlijk, alles op loopafstand. |

lekker ontbijt, simpel maar lekker de eigenaar is een vinoloog dus hij wist waar hij over sprak met de wijnproeverij de parkeerplaats was iets te ver weg, als je met de bagage moest lopen |
